Educational Technology Course - Website vs. Blog

This if my first blog! I don't have much experience with them but what I can tell so far is that a Blog is information posted by anyone who sets up an account. It could be their thoughts, opinions, feelings or even posting from a trip or experience. I remember watching the movie Julie & Julia and that she used a blog to post on her experiences as she worked through an intense cookbook. A traditional website has pages that have information posted on them, typically about a business, sports teams or for some type of functional use.
